Pricing & Billing

Commercial pricing built around the contractor workspace.

SynapticLYnk pricing is structured around a monthly platform plan, active users, selected add-ons, and support tier.

Final commercial terms are reviewed before activation. This keeps the public page simple while the billing system keeps the underlying subscription evidence clear for each tenant.

Billing Formula

Platform access plus active users and selected services.

The monthly preview separates the platform plan, active seats, add-ons, and support so contractor teams can understand what changed before subscription updates are finalized.

Plan examplesSolo, Team, Control, Enterprise

Plan names, base access, and user rates are configured per contractor tenant.

Active users are counted against the tenant billing policy, not task invoices.

Add-onsRouting, live tracking, analytics, integrations

Optional services stay explicit instead of being hidden inside task pricing.

Billing changes stay visible before admins finalize Stripe subscription actions.

Capabilities

What affects the monthly invoice.

The public model stays simple for buyers while the admin billing preview keeps plan, active-user, add-on, support, and one-time fee evidence reviewable.

01

Configurable monthly base plan

Each contractor workspace can carry its own plan label and monthly platform access instead of relying on one hardcoded public price.

02

Active-user pricing

Active user quantity and user rate are shown separately from the base platform plan so subscription changes are explainable.

03

Optional add-ons

Route planning, live location, advanced analytics, integrations, and premium support can be configured as explicit commercial terms.

04

Hosted Stripe subscription path

Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer Portal handle card entry, payment methods, subscription invoice history, subscription management, and cancellation without SynapticLYnk touching card data.

Pricing Expectations

Clear quote review without pretending every contractor is identical.

The buyer needs to know what affects pricing, what Stripe handles, and what remains a SynapticLYnk operating workflow before activation.

No fake public sticker price

SynapticLYnk avoids publishing a one-size-fits-all price when the tenant plan, active-user count, add-ons, and support tier must be reviewed first.

Subscription billing stays separate from task invoices

Stripe is the SynapticLYnk subscription rail. Contractor job invoices and customer task invoices remain operating records inside the product.

Hosted payment handling

Checkout, saved payment methods, subscription invoice history, subscription management, and Stripe Customer Portal actions are handled through Stripe-hosted surfaces.

Review before activation

Commercial terms are explained before a workspace is activated so buyers understand what will be billed and where support fits.

Billing Flow

Monthly billing should be explainable before it is charged.

The admin preview separates the parts of the subscription so a tenant can be reviewed with clear plan, active-user, add-on, support, and one-time fee context.

1. Set tenant billing policy

Choose the plan label, base monthly fee, active-user count, user rate, add-ons, support tier, and any approved one-time fees.

2. Keep task invoices separate

Contractor task invoices remain an operating workflow in SynapticLYnk. They are not converted into Stripe subscription line items.

3. Preview the subscription

Review base fees, active users, add-ons, support, and one-time fees before Stripe Checkout or Stripe Customer Portal subscription actions are enabled.

4. Use hosted Stripe billing

Stripe manages payment methods, subscription billing history, hosted invoices, renewals, and Stripe Customer Portal actions while SynapticLYnk owns subscription evidence and policy.

FAQ

Pricing and billing FAQ

These answers explain the billing model without pretending every tenant has the same final commercial terms.

How does SynapticLYnk billing work?

SynapticLYnk billing is configured as a monthly platform plan plus active users, selected add-ons, and support tier. Final commercial terms are reviewed with each customer before activation.

Are task invoices charged through Stripe?

No. Contractor job invoices and customer task invoices stay in SynapticLYnk operating workflows. Stripe is used only for SynapticLYnk subscription checkout, payment methods, hosted subscription invoices, and Stripe Customer Portal self-service.

Does this replace final accounting review?

No. The platform provides tenant-level subscription previews and billing evidence. Final policy approval and contract terms stay under platform-admin control.

Will active-user changes become surprise charges?

The intended operating flow is review first: plan, active-user quantity, add-ons, support, and one-time fees are visible before subscription changes are finalized.
